As we move into the fall, the market is still incredibly busy! We would like to thank all of our vendors and customers for the great season so far.
In case you missed it, there is a new lane at the market. The City of Kelowna and the SD 23 have been gracious enough to let us use the laneway between the school board and our lot as an overflow vendor lane. This allows us to accomadate 19 more vendors into the market. It has been a great success so far!
Also, we have a contest running at the Info Booth (the red tent along Springfield Rd.)! A short survey will enter you to win a prize pack including $100 in Market Bucks, and Gift Certificates from both the Mission Tap House and Grill and the Social 242 Lounge and Grill! Come and fill it out before September 20th!
We are also happy to announce the dates for our Indoor Market, to be held again at the Parkinson Rec Centre this year. The first indoor date is November 1st. You can find the rest of the dates on our ‘Locations’ tab.
Kids’ Festival is this Wednesday, September 10th. Uncle Chris the Clown will be performing, the bouncy house will be here, and there will be a treasure hunt sheet at the Info Booth!
This coming week is also Farmers’ Appreciation Week! Swing by the Info Booth to write why you love your farmer on our board! We will also be welcoming some special guests, Minister of Agriculture Norm Letnick, and Minister Steve Thomson.
Keep checking our Facebook and blog for updates about the market!
